Basset Hound Survey 2011

We are all working towards the goal of producing the healthiest Basset Hounds we can and as this is the first joint health effort by all the clubs this survey should help us determine the most important problems to tackle. You will note that we have asked for forms to be returned even if a Basset does not have any of the conditions listed - this is important as we need a good tally of healthy Bassets as well as those with the odd problem. The survey is in two flavours - complete either and return to the same address as shown on the form. You can view the form on this site or the alternative which is on the BHCofWales site.
